Editor's Note

In cities across the United States, day after day, night after night, everyone is braving a deadly virus and a brutal retaliation. Americans continue to gather on the streets in countless numbers, demanding justice and equality — hoping to prompt real change. The Black Lives Matter hashtag has transformed into a movement which may have tipped the public opinion to favor Black Lives Matter for good. The artists/art featured in this month’s issue are not only hoping for change but also believe in new possibilities. They are declaring change, working for change, and becoming the change.
